The Emulator can't really cause a BSOD like this, in my experience it's most likely something on your system, could be just the OS or a faulty Driver or more likely faulty Hardware.
The Emulator taxes the system pretty heavily so if something is about to break it most likely will so if you checked your OS and Drivers (consider a clean OS reinstall) and it still occurs, check the cooling and your components especially the gfx card,HDD and power supply.
Well I've only gotten BSOD recently when using the latest version of rpcs3 and had no problems with the old versions as I've played over 60 hours on them and am now on NG+ in Kaneshiro's palace. Error code for both BSODs was video scheduler internal error. 1st BSOD occurred after selecting infiltrate palace. 2nd one occurred after attacking in battle. No other intensive games or emulators have caused any problems.
That doesn't mean anything i read these reports all the time you can go to any game or emulator forums and there are always reports like that and in most cases it turns out something in the system of the user was at fault be it hardware or software, things can break at any time there is no rule to it.
Also in almost all cases the users blame the application first and don't even want to admit their own system could be the culprit.
Windows it self has enough security measures to ensure applications can't really cause BSODs if something goes wrong the application crashes but not the whole system.
I also don't see any other reports here about the emulator causing BSODs if the application was at fault there would be surely more then just your report of this happening don't you think?
