Colin McRae: DiRT 2 [BLES00673]

Black screen after copyright screen on Vulkan, in-game on OpenGL. Lots of yellow, check the screenshots below. Goes away only when driving. Crashes after the first race is completed with this:

Unfortunately the log was too large to upload and crashed the browser when pasting, so I've had to remove part of it.
Update 06/09/17: Updated images and log. Retested on v0.0.3-3-83e139c Alpha (0.0.3-6022). No change.
