Armored Core Verdict [BLES01898]

Tested with c85806c.

Thanks to Yakasuki that told me how to start it:

Vulkan doesn't render properly, Opengl works best in this case.
Anyway, it's almost playable...surely you go in-game.
To install the game you have to manually create the folder dev_hdd0/game/BLES01898_INSTALL/.
