eboot invalid or unsupported format help

so i put everything where it was suppoed to go but it still says
E LDR: Invalid or unsupported file format: E:/PS3 Emulator/dev_hdd0/disc/BLUS30443-[Demon_s Souls].dec/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN
S LDR: (S)ELF: boot done.
or when i boot it from just the disk it says
E LDR: Invalid or unsupported file format: E:/PS3 Emulator/dev_hdd0/disc/Demon's Souls BLUS-30443/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN
S LDR: (S)ELF: boot done.
what should i do I've gone over all the settings and the quick start guide

where do i put it then if not in the disk or game folder
