Persona 5 [NPEB02436]

Hi, i'm trying to play this game but i'm having some issues. The settings are the same as this forum raccomandate and i reach 60 fps in the intro video, but as soon as the initial menu game starts and the game itself starts, i can't reach more than 7 fps. I got an intel i5-4690 as a cpu and r9 290 as gpu, plus 16 gb dd3 ram. it's quite frustrating, since i saw a video on youtube of someone who played it with my same cpu reaching 15+ fps. i used the latest build and the reccomended one, both do the same. please help me if you can, thank you

Edit: i tryed with a clean installation and it worked, now it's costantly close to 30 fps and all, such an amazing work the programmers did! but i found another problem anyway, it seems like the fps is capped at 30 all the time, and this makes the anime video painful to hear and watch, even if i set off the fps limit. any suggestion? thank you
