Thank you for Posting the latest Version. It did indeed fix the need to slow FPS and prevent battle crashes.
I am now running constant 25-45 fps in dungeon maps, animated (cartoon) cut scenes are still a little choppy audio wise for some reason. 3d rendered cut scenes are operating fine.

My character randomly starts walking slowly, I'd have to change directions for him to start running (not to be confused with sprinting R2).
I get 15-25 in subway/trains, It isnt much difference in terms of how noticeable it is. There is no stuttering, but i have noticed some prolonged automated running in those programmed sequences. I think those pre programmed steps are movements to a x y location for x number of second and not frames, which causes that sort of a discrepancy
