Load libraries:
- libfiber.prx
- libresc.prx
- librtc.prx
- libspurs_jq.prx
- libsre.prx
PPU Decoder: Interpreter (fast)
SPU Decoder: Recompiler (ASMJIT)

Log:
I got stuck in that part. I do not have a .self or .elf after using make_npdata.exe
