You need to enable libl1on. Also needs libsail. If doesn't work with the aforementioned ones then add libsail_avi, libsail_rec, libsre, libspurs_jq, libresc and librtc and test again.
If it works then you can see which ones it doesn't need by disabling one by one and seeing on which scenarios it doesn't boot.
