There's a few ways to insert screenshots without breaking the layout, uploading them as an attachment and insert them into the post is one.
Golden rule of the internet: don't badmouth about stuff people put up for free for others to use.
If you want a certain function to be added or fixed, post an appropriate post/thread in the feedback area, don't use sarcasm to do what you have just done.
The log is always necessary.
Screenshots are usually useless (in these cases), they're only needed to see whether the game is being rendered as it would in a real PS3 or if there are any graphical glitches in the way.
