RPCS3 for Newcomers

I just got RDR and Infamous on the emulator and they both dont work, heres the log.

You need to LLE load cellFiber and cellSpurs

MFVSCR isn't reimplemented yet into the PPU Interpreters, so you probably can't reach further in the emulation untill it is implemented.
