That is obviously very fake. It's also hilarious - on the website, the game's actual picture doesn't match even the window's size. Also there's two occurrences of "Texture shading" in the options menu.
As sshadow already posted the link, those commercial games are playable on RPCS3. Don't see God of War 3 on there do you?
Also, since you're new to the forum, please read the FAQ. You shouldn't expect any game to work on the emulator. Very few games work, and often even they may break due to accuracy or other changes.
Any other PS3 emulator claiming to work is fake. There have been very few actual legitimate PS3 emulators in development - RPCS3, Nucleus, Short Waves and PS3F. RPCS3 is probably currently the most "compatible" of them, as others can barely run simple graphics samples from the development kit, if even that.
