PPU LLVM JIT Repository Early Testing

Ekaseo, Darkriot, will you please let me know in which application are you seeing the crash? Also, the OS and rpcs3 config you are using.

Everyone tested with an .exe compiled by Darkriot, but it is possible some mistake was done there, and by now it's not even the latest revision. It would perhaps be better if you posted a know working build if you are really interested in investigating crashing at this early point.

Also, I still can't even compile it, get syntax errors in gcc and nonsense in Visual Studio.
