Atelier Rorona Plus The Alchemist of Arland [BLES02050]

UPDATE 2017-04-05: The game is now playable. Use both recompilers and Vulkan or DX12 for the best speed (OpenGL also works, maybe a little slower). Random hanging is fixed, and you can save and load. you enter boot mode and start game it starts to install and read the normal game as well.
