A few enhancements

i decided to just post this issue here since its more of an enhancement then a fix something issue.
what this enhancement contains is:

Code:

x64 build corrections.
the console log renamed to log viewer.
CompilerELF.cpp and CompilerELF.h renamed to
ELFCompiler.cpp and ELFCompiler.h
added an icon to the exe.

to add the icon merge the rpcs3 folder with the one in your svn.
I know the renaming part may seem redundant since is more of a grammatical fix then anything so if you want ill undo it and re-upload the patch.
