Hi,
First I want to say thank you to the devs, have been looking really long for a promising ps3 emulator project.

In the FAQ you are stating that it is being developed for Windows, but as you are using wxWidgets it should be no big deal to port it to Linux. Would you be interested in having a version that is OS independent? In that case I might be able to invest some time in supplying a patch which makes this possible.

The current graphics backend uses OpenGL, which also should make it easier. You should probably e-mail the emu author about this if you want to contribute to the project.

um... i know its off topic, but PS4 has been anounced and it has HW like a pc, so does that mean that games on ps4 will come to pc (i mean PS exclusives, or Final fantasy series)? and if im wrong, does this mean that it will be much simpler to emulate its hardware (even though its pc HW)?

No,it will surely be harder to emulate it,look at ps3,we can even barely play tetris. But who knows

well, its because ps3 hw is different, and the problem is to emulate it, but if its pc HW, it could be easier, or am i wrong?

Ps4 will surely have a similar HW to ps3,just because it has more speed and ram and it looks like a pc it doesn't mean it will be easier. The problem about emulation is that you have to make the emu decode all the things the console does,it has to translate it to pc.That's why even if will be a new console which is similar to pc specs it won't be that easy
