rpsn issue

I am playing a game on RPSC3 and I am using RPSCN for the network. When i load in, it says on the log files " Rpscn failed to login". The games menu also prompted me " Checking Purchases". It has been doing that for an hour and  i cant get pass it. I think its called like "sceNpCommerceGetProductCategoryStart".   LOGS: https://www.mediafire.com/file/xhwehmlom...e.txt/file
