Not clean

Hi everyone; when I play F1 2013, the playing screen is not completely clean. Far trees...are OK but close picture , around the car, for exemple, it's a little trembling; I recognize all of that but it's not completely clean; it's troublesome; maybe a different setting may improve that, so if someone may help me, I thank him a lot. The game is listed as Ingame, issues like this are to be expected, there is probably no fix
