Skate 3 Falling Through Ground?

Hello I have just loaded up Skate 3 for the first time and I have a bug where I am literally just falling through the ground, if I try to teleport anywhere the same thing happens I've tried both OpenGL and Vulkan and both do it.

PC Specs

i7 8700K
GTX 1080

Of course, compressed log file, I'm not going to waste 250MB of bandwidth on uncompressed text when I can be wasting just around ~10MB
