I upgraded the my Nvidia video card drivers to newest available version (436.48) and disabled TSX Instructions setting.  I was able to play further into the game but the video freeze still occurred.  Attached are screenshots and logs. This game is somewhat different than NCAA Football 14 and therefore I have been trying to tinker with it and get it to

Yes, I was able to get the game to play and the graphics look great with good fps output.  For some reason, I keep getting the video freeze.  It must be something related to the disc version of the game.  Vulkan is the only option for GPU renderer because OpenGL doesn't display the graphics properly.  I have updated the Nvidia graphics card drivers and tried various settings trying to pinpoint the problem.  Unfortunately, they didn't post the RPCS3 game settings. I have been trying to get NCAA Football 13 to play because it was somewhat a different version of the game than 14 and had a lot of great gameplay features that were not present in 14.

I am now getting the random freeze during the game with the same error message each time.  I tried unchecking the settings for "Show Trophy Popups" and "Use Native User Interface".  It did not help. Screenshots and logs attached.

I am now able to get this game to play without freezing.  The fix seems to be to set TSX Instructions to Disabled.  Settings for this game are attached.

I have played a couple of more games of NCAA Football 13 with no freezes using the settings above with TSX Instructions set to Disabled.  The game can now be moved to the Playable category.  I am using the settings posted for all the NCAA Football games.
