Needs verification, pretty sure it's still dropping from 60fps on several areas and since performance is tied to speed the game slows down

yeah it drops in some areas down to 40/45 fps, but for short periods of time and only on specific camera angles.

30 FPS at spawn is 50% of what's required, it's a 60 FPS title which only runs at full speed when running at 60 FPS.

As far as I'm aware, it still doesn't run completely full speed, as it would on the console. Major problem being the game speed being tied with performance. If these performance drops happened but didn't affect game speed, it would very likely be Playable.

Version: 0.0.18-12732-f98595be

Specs:
I7 9700k
RTX 2070 super

Settings:
As default, apart from the 4k scaling and 60 fps locked (but the lock doesn't change anything)

State:
Now that game is 60FPS on 4k.
I encountered fps drops maybe 2 times, to 50-40 fps for 2 sec in the first stage of the game. and i think another time on a different stage. apart from that everything was 60-59 fps with to drops.
I didn't encounter any glitches of any sort.

I think that now it's playable

I kept playing a lot in that game and i still didn't encounter any more fps drops apart from the 2 times at the first stage like i mentioned.
In my specs it's fully playable now.

On my machine I can confirm that "Ratchet & Clank [NPEA00385]" works very stable between 59,9x and 60+ FPS. Sometimes the FPS goes above 60 - so between 60 and 64 FPS.

My specs:
RPCS3 v0.0.22-13564-f7d08d33 Alpha | master
CPU: 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz | 16 Threads | 31.84 GiB RAM | TSC: 3.504GHz | AVX-512+ | FMA3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC
OS: Windows 10
Firmware: 4.88

In the disc based trilogy with the serial number "BCES01503" the FPS is not as stable as in the PSN release. So I suspect, that something in the trilogy is not well optimized ...

To prove the stable FPS in this game I would like share a screen recording - but don't know how to record it efficient. Because if I start recording, then sometimes my GPU is (I think so) too busy and in fact RPCS3 shows little less frames per second, so around 58-60+ FPS ...
