Actually playable using master build or hacked build? Because using the latest master build I'm still getting black screen with audio.

no, i reapat, this game run in master in very long time, never need hack for this, but with recently build have regress few month ago in vulkan and now crash in moment acces race ingame, i have already informed dev for that, but can works with enable debug vertex in build, (no hack, enable debug function)
and, so, for this game, no use auto, or lv2, use manuel, and select lle requiered, exept libfont, blocking boot for this game, and show error you have Smile

Enable SPU Loop Detection

Graphics
Vulkan (black screen with OpenGL)
1280x720
Frame limit 59.94
Use GPU Texture Scaling


Hangs in menus, similar case to this.

Other/Debug Option
Disable Vertex Cache = true
Freezes right before (what appears to be) car selection screen but the game's still running as menu confirmation sound effect, etc still can be heard. The game then completely hangs during loading (after announcer saying "Get ready to race").
