Hi, I'm new to emulation. What can be done to make this loadable? Does the SPU need to be fixed or something?

The game executable seems encrypted, therefore we can't even begin loading it until that can be fixed.

Is someone working on getting the game executable decrypted?

Cool, thanks. I can't wait to see how it affects more games.

(12-08-2013, 11:20 PM)AlexAltea Wrote: Decryption is already implemented, just legally dump the keys from your legally owned PS3 put it in the folder /data/ as described here:
Quote:Obtain a LEGAL copy of the SELF decryption keys and place them in a folder named "data" next to the main executable in a format that is readable for "scetool.exe". That is, following files should be present:
data/keys
data/ldr_curves
data/vsh_curves
and open the EBOOT.BIN file through File > Boot (S)ELF
In RPCS3 commit on 2013/10/29 -- GIT Changelog :
"These are the steps to enable SELF decryption and it applies to
future commits regarding this matter. We do NOT take any responsibility
about the way you obtain the keys or (until we include SELF decryption
into our code
) the actions "scetool.exe" (or "zlib1.dll&quotWink perform. "

Does this mean that RPCS3 will be able to decrypt those EBOOT.BIN without users having to provide "keys" manually ?
Just like in JPCSP's initial stage, where users are expected to decrypt using real PSP and then dump the decrypted keys into JPCSP to boot .. and then after several improvements, JPCSP managed to decrypt it on-the-fly without needing real PSP.
