Not to mention the PS3 hardware architecture is much more complex than psp's, which makes it even harder to develop an emulator and fix problems, so it takes more time to evolve.

Anyway, my oppinion is something like this
System minimum request:
CPU: Intel Core i7-3960X or AMD FX 8850
RAM: 4 gb
Something like thisSleepy

Even with those specs you wouldn't be able ti run it neither at 10 fps

I mean just for run the emulator, for games you will need an extra plus of power,and i specifacted minimum
