The Sly Collection [BCUS98246]

Major regression with this game and the recent updates of 16647. The main screen to pick which game you want to play is completely black. You can still hear the music playing and can move the joystick left and right to blindly pick. Once you do though and the games loads it immediately freezes. Reverting back to 16644 fixes it.
