The issue reported in this thread : https://forums.rpcs3.net/showthread.php?tid=199904, resumed in rpcs3v0.0.3116300-f51b100a_win64, when finised  Custom Cast Scenario 4-3,  and try to start 4-4, the game freezes on the loading screen.
