Program Crashes at Every update.

I've had to manually update the builds multiple times. It is not every update, but it sure feels like it is.
I've attached a pic of the error I get when there is an update available to download.
This error started popping up a few weeks ago. I don't recall which build it started with, and it doesn't happen every time a new build is available.
