Movie playback speed during games is slow or the sound is choppy.
I tried changing the location of the RPCS3 exe file and re-downloading the latest version, but the problem did not improve.

A similar phenomenon has been reported here as well.

Why did you change the SPURS setting?
Why not using Cubeb audio backend (its default and has less latency)
Why using LLE Libvdec.sprx (on advanced tab) - this is probably your issue. Dont use this setting globally only some games actually need it.
Why using vsync and framerate limiter? Will hurt frame pacing

The reason "LLE Libvdec.sprx" is enabled is because if it is not enabled, an error will occur on the battle screen and the game will stop.
Regarding vsync and frame rate limiter, I think I changed them when I changed various things, so I changed the settings, but the result did not change.
I don't know much about SPURS or Cubeb audio.
