First I apologize if I'm in the wrong place to be asking this question, I'd be happy to migrate to wherever this is supposed to be.
I'm running things through an EmuDeck install of RPCS3 on a Steam Deck OLED.
Anyway, so I have Dragon Age Origins, and Dragon Age Origins: The Awakening. I've got the former up and running. My understanding from reading online is that "the awakening" is a separate disc.
My RPCS3 does not even pick this disc up in my library, only the base game.
I can load the base game, but when I go to "downloadable content" I get a message that I must be connected to the internet... even though my deck is always connected to my internet.
I was also under the understanding that when you select "new game" from the main menu, there should be a prompt asking you to select between origins and the expansion --- I get no such menu.
I guess my basic questions are: am I doing anything wrong? ...and is this just impossible at this time through the emulator?
If anyone has had any experience doing this I'd appreciate some pointers, and I apologize again if this isn't a post in the appropriate place.
Thank you,
-K
