The game seems to run pretty smooth, but text on Vulkan has these artifacts, and is not visible on OGL.

Here's a video of what I'm talking about.

https://youtu.be/KPaAnhgmgpM

CPU - Intel 13100f
GPU - Intel ARC A770LE w/ 31.0.101.4125 drivers
RAM - 32768 MB

Vulkan backend.

I have submitted a service request with Intel to see if they can make a fix on the driver end, but I was wondering if anyone can help me investigate or hack this issue on the RPCS3 end. I'm all ears.

I've attached my logs, the garbled text shows up pretty soon (As soon as it tries to load DLC) so it's pretty short.

I'm guessing it's due to Intel drivers.
Try with Strict Rendering Mode enabled on GPU settings.
If it doesn't work, then my other suggestion is trying on Linux with both OpenGL and Vulkan.

Just an update, I managed to natrow the issue down to anisotropic filtering. Just drop you AF down to Auto. 8x and 16x will cause this issue. I wouldn't be surprised if it occurs with other GPUs either!
