Still having problems with M1 even on 0.0.29-15599. According to a moderator, issue should be fixed.

Different issues, read the library that has the error before wrongly flagging an issue as being the same.
The issue with libhwy1 is also now fixed, which allows it to launch again on macOS 13. I merged both threads as well.

Yes, new issue known after switching CI provider , no fix yet.
