With 7700K you should be able to get somewhat decent performance with all the patches enabled

If anyone's here from Google, I managed to get past being stuck on shaders compiling screen by erasing the shader cache on TLOU and restarting

A lot of people are trying to use this thread to report unrelated issues years after, so I renamed the thread and locked it to avoid further off-topic posts.

If you have hardware that's at least within recommended requirements, have a non-corrupted dump of your game disc and are using the settings from the wiki, it will work.
