I've made some changes to a UE3 game's configuration files that significantly boost performance. I'm talking from 15fps to a consistent 30.
I want to add it to the wiki, but the only issue is that it requires modification of gamefiles, and as such I'd need to provide some kind of download link and info on how to apply it. Can I link an external download on something like Google Drive? Would it go in special notes? I want to help more people run this game but I don't want to unintentionally break rules or self promote.
