I want to use Vulkan but every game I've tried so far have these horizontal lines all over the screen, pretty much unplayable.

My specs:
Ryzen 5 5600x + 16gb RAM
RX 6600
Latest drivers
RPCS3 default settings.

This fixes the horizontal lines but now the games look heavily aliased. I tried using upscaling and boost the resolution to 1080p but no luck.

1. Supersample by using a higher rendering resolution than your monitor such as 1440p, 1800p or 2160p (4K)
2. If you have easy access to Linux, play on Linux instead, since this issue only happens on Windows AMD GPU drivers
3. If you have easy access to a pre-RDNA AMD GPU or NVIDIA GPU, use that instead
