Low FPS after today's update

Hey everyone, good? 

So, i downloaded rpcs3 around 4 days ago, and updated it today. 

Was able to run games in 30-60fps. But now im stuck in 2-3fps. No spelling mistake 2-3 fps. What could it be?

You were using a build known to be broken, update and the issue will be solved.
