Can confirm, the game is mostly playable, aside from some graphical issues, but Bomb Scare causes a softlock, same situation as listed above. I would consider save editing and just skipping the mission, but I can't make sense of the save file. Hope at some point that it is fixed!

As with the first game, I'm now attempting a play through of this one. Bugs or not.

Bugs / issues:
* Audio appears to cut out on occasion. This caused one of the missions I was doing (Lost and Found) to never proceed beyond a point, as a radio call never "finished" and the persons face stayed on screen. I was able to get past it by reloading a save and trying again. Worked fine second time. If I was to take a complete guess I'd assume that the game didn't get a message / function call to end that radio call, the first time.
* Falling out of the Level - Only had this happen once (occurs during the second video). If you happen to have an enemy who is in the process of falling dead, and you walk over them you may fall out of the level. Very hard to replicate, but it did happen the once.
* Flickering textures - Happens everywhere. Though it may be a lighting related issue.
* Memory Buffer issues - Only happens during 1 of the boss battles (during the mission Joseph Bertrand the 3rd, video 5). Results in the error "Thread terminated due to fatal error. Working buffer not big enough". Was able to get past the battle on third attempt which is a bit ironic.
* Reloading to a checkpoint sometimes hangs the emulator - This happens in the first game as well. If you happen to fail a mission via dying or not meeting the conditions of it which results in a reload, this will sometimes cause the emulator to hang.

Beyond the above, the framerate and audio overall is quite good in this one compared to the first game. I would absolutely class this game as playable.

Have found a strange way to bypass the softlock during Bomb Scare mission. User "shandel richardson" from YouTube in his comment on this video (https://youtu.be/-slTlFa_2p0) said that pressing Left on the D-Pad during supposed animation is working. For me spamming that button worked, maybe, it helps someone else.

Sorry for doublepost, but one issue gone, more to go – during "Lead the Charge" mission (Good Karma choice in "Torn") game hangs with error

F VM: Access violation reading location 0x1c (unmapped memory) [type=u32]

Made a different tries, but to no avail. Version is v0.0.17-12433-020fdcc7. IMHO, very similar to Dante's Inferno bridge issue.

Have you tried "Accurate Xfloat" on the cpu tab. i had that error on two games. one of them checking "Accurate Xfloat" fixed that crash. on the second game i got that error due to a Bad Game Dump. filezilla didn't transfer over all the game files from my PS3 to my computer. after redumping the game and transferring it over the game ran fine no more errors.

Attempting a first time playthrough using this emulator. Playing game version 1.04 with all DLC/ pre order bonuses. Using mostly default settings (Resolution scale 300, framerate capped to 30, vsync enabled) Not experienced any bugs so far and the only graphical glitches I've seen is the main character's face not being fully rendered when looking from certain angles, however using the default resolution scale will fix that. I also had to make sure both network settings were set to disconnected because otherwise the game would try to look for UGC content indefinitely, halting gameplay in the process. Was just able to complete "Bomb Scare" mission without any hang-ups.
Performance is OK to meh. Many areas are a solid 30 fps while some others will drop into the low 20s and below. Game seems to be mainly CPU bound seeing as my GPU isn't even going above 50% utilization. Overall playable but barely, but the game is very enjoyable. Will update this post if I encounter any bugs and/or finish the game.

This game struggles to keep 30fps, but the game play feels solid.
Figured I'd show the progress with this game..
My measly system is an 8700K, I wouldn't think this as playable with less.. JMO

Update.. If I use theWiki settings and don't use Multithreaded RSX, I get a solid 30fps. It never dips below 30.

man you are literally my savior, have been trying to get past this for too long and finally this method worked somehow in this son of a bug game. thanks man
