Higher End Lower End Games like COD

Hey, Need some help, my pc is low end, but I want to relive the thrill of the old call of dutys... I play on a core i3 8130u laptop, integrated intel uhd 620 graphics, 6 gigs of ram, and 1 tb hdd, can you please give me some settings? MW2 loses frames and the audio is glitchy every time there is a cutscene. I have a feeling if I get settings that work for this, I should be able to run any game! My audio output is dualsense with a mono headset, sometimes stereo...Please help!
