Fatal Error 0x0015694

When I try to play Skylanders Giants, I get an error that says,

F {RSX [0x0015694]} SIG: Thread terminated due to fatal error: Assertion Failed! Vulkan API call failed with unrecoverable error: Validation failed (VK_ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_DISPLAY_KHR)

I have searched for the error and how to fix it, but it seems like nobody gets this error.

Missing log file, as indicated on the guidelines, untouched log file, not in any other form
