Rpcs3 doesn't open after update (workaround)

Hi,
As many of you, i can't open RPCS3 after an update.

I tried to: 

• Download a new version
  
• Reinstall Visual C++
  
• Delete Nvidia driver with DDU
  

Nothing worked. 
But i found out a workaround:

• RPCS3 works on another local account on your windows computer
  
• Download the latest version of RPCS3 you can still open and use. Make a duplicate and then open one of them. Upgrade to the last version. So, go to the RPCS3 folder and copy all the content inside "rpcs3_old" except the "rpcs3.exe", paste inside the main folder. Then, go to the usable copy of RPCS3 and copy the "qt" folder inside the main folder of the upgraded version of RPCS3. Now it will open and if you check the update you'll see you have the last one.
  It's not a fix becouse you still using not updated files and i'm not sure you get the latest features (for now it seems like it has them).

I hope this will be fixed soon.
