LLE libvdec.sprx to fix that fatal error, (load automatic and manual libraries than select libvdec.sprx)

RPCS3 v0.0.5-6926-53ca2526e Alpha
Still ingame. Requires load automatic and manual libraries and "libvdec.sprx" to be enabled on the CPU firmware settings. Also requires framelimiter to be enabled (I set mine to auto) or the FPS will be too high and you wont be able to go ingame.
Some stages are too slow and game speed is tied to frame rate so it really hurts. I recommend using PPU LLVM, SPU LLVM and Vulkan for the best performance.

I found that currently it works perfectly with all default settings, except "Accurate xfloat" under CPU tab should be checked for the cinematics!!!

rpcs3 0.0.11-10728

EDIT:
A few updates of rpcs3 ago broke compatibility with Tekken Tag Tournament HD which now throws an error at startup.

Don't know exactly which update broke it (I think about 3 or 4 updates ago, not sure) but I'm running rpcs3 0.0.13-11467 now and it has still not been fixed.
Clearing chaches does not help!

EDIT 2: rpcs3 0.0.14-11527 Fixed the previous issue! Compatibility restored.
