Shrink game?

I'm looking at Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and was wondering if it would be possible (without higher hacking skills) to rip/relink/shrink this game for the sake of only having MG1 and MG2 (the old MSX extra games)?

The play fine on RPCS3, and the rest of the game files seem redundant in this case.

Would it be possible at all to do this?

You don't know how the game behaves, so any changes could break it. You should leave the game intact to avoid random issues.

I understand what you mean, but I though I could possibly relink the main games to the MSX ones so to speak. But you say it's not really possible?
