Test with 
RPCS3 v0.0.5-6645-c77b31042 Alpha | HEAD
Intel® Core™ i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz | 8 Threads | 15.88 GiB RAM | AVX+

Using OpenGL but can play with Vulkan. 
Need update fireware to ver 4.82. If not, can not boot up the game.
Moreover, PPU Decoder and SPU Decoder set to interpreter will be better. If not easy to crash.

Renamed thread from "Arland Meruru no Atelier Arland no Renkinjutsushi 3 [BLJM60348]" to "Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland [BLJM60348]"

All screenshots are from within the first 5 minutes of the game, which isn't good enough for us to make sure the game is playable or not.
We require three ingame screenshots, title screen doesn't count as ingame.

But regardless, the second screenshot shows 9fps which is too slow to be considered playable.

I'm going to move this to ingame until there is a proper playable report showing later stages of the game running well.

The game seems to work well, but it's not "playable", it freezes randomly when making items.

ppu decoder set to interpreter(fast) everythink is good. but set to recompiler(LLVM) , it's still freeze in making items...
