mgs4 doesnt work

i download filmware i launch game title screen freezes or sometimes it doenst ev en load
i am using i7 6402p and 1060 6gb help i am using the guy build

edit: i put it to vulkan and now it works but it goes like 2 frames per second and sometimes the tv at start freezes

i installed latest build ran game with default settings expect openGL and the game just freezes in title screen
