Hello there, I've tried to run Persona 5 on my Laptop but the game suffers from lag and major audio problems, my FPS is unstable (it can go from 30 to sometimes lower than 20) and audio is just broken.

It's probably due to my laptop specs not being good enough for this kind of stuff (or I'm a dummy that can't configure stuff right, who knows ?.) here are the specs of my computer :

Windows 10 64x

Nvdia Geforce GTX 960m

Intel core I5-6300HQ 2.30GHz , 2304 MHz , 4 cores

8 Go of Ram

And the configs that I use for Persona 5 only. (I don't know how to put images into the post, I created the account just for this so I'll just post links of screenshot, sorry for the inconvenience) (also tips on how to configure general settings would be appreciated too, if my pc is powerfull enough to run a PS3 emulator of course)

Your CPU is not powerful enough, yes. Don't use frame limit, read the tooltips, also disable MTRSX because you don't have enough threads to be using it.

Alright I did what you said (and did some modification of my own) and now the game run at 30 - 25 FPS but audio is still a problem since it slows down ingame, I've tried to play around with buffering and stretching with no good results.
