Played few times, was screwing around with options and now it just refuses to boot for some reason even though i put back all options at default.

I test this game on my hardware Core i5-3550 + RX 570 4GB + 16GB RAM. The game is running at a constant 30 FPS. But there is only one issue. Sometimes the screen blinks for a second in every stage. You can see that in the video given below.
