Demons souls of japanese version

I want to play demons souls of japanese version. (BCJS30022 ,blu-lay disc)
But I can't play this.I only see the letter "compiling shaders" on a white or black screen.
What's wrong?
Can't launch Japanese ones?

Japanese version should work fine
Make sure you have Write Color Buffers enabled

Better describe what problem you have, you can't boot or you can't start a game?
