Is my PC capable of running MGS4?

Hi, I've been wanting to run MGS4 with the custom build that BSOD Gaming showed  in his channel, I'm pretty sure I've set up everything correctly and I'm running it with the custom config, but the game is not working past the Konami and Kojima Productions logo, staying in a black screen, and it also works at around 5-7 fps.

I was wondering if there's something I've missed rather than just installing the firmware and letting the game generate the PPU stuff, or my PC is not able to handle the game.



Here's my PC:


GPU: MSI GTX 1060 6GB OC Edition

CPU: i5 7400 3.00 GHz

RAM: Vengeance LPX Corsair 16 GB 3000MHz DDR4



It would be of great help to know if it's my PC's fault.
