With RPCS3 v0.0.21-13532-8316469c Alpha, it can be finished with no problems in stability. Graphics are almost perfect and sound works good.

Sadly, it isn't playable because during heavy-action situations, it runs at 10 FPS using an i9-9900KF and a GTX 970.

It needs Write Color Buffers to fix black player character textures (only in the opening and ending cutscenes).

Just doing an update.. The game seems playable on my 8700k, but I'm not one to do missions.
I just cause chaos, so can't confirm it to be playable status. But it does seem playable.. Tongue
