Demon's Souls - Loading Screen Freezes

Hello, I've been trying to setup this for the last 2 days, I have browsed these forums and other peoples videos of their settings which make the game play fine but I'm still having this issue.

When I launch the game, everything loads fine and I can get into the tutorial area/nexus. I'm able to interact with NPC's, do the normal stuff you can when loaded in, but when I use the archstone or do anything to trigger a loading screen, the game freezes. The two icons at the bottom left stop moving and no matter how long I leave it, nothing happens.

One forum post that I could find which mentions loading screen freezes, and I've tried the solution of deleting the cache in the dev_hdd1 folder, which did nothing for me. I have all my settings optimal to where it runs the game at 30fps with no stutters/freezing.

Ill include the log and put my PC specs below.

CPU - Intel Core i7-6800K 3.40GHz
RAM - Kingston HyperX Savage 16GB DDR4
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB

Yes, game still have fewproblems since pr4505(bld 6733) 27 days ago. Follow description, provided builds still are highly experimental. But bld6718 still able run this game as usual(even having 30 fps sometimes) Using <Browse Build Catalog> can help
