After i try o play the game, appears me this

E LDR: Invalid disc directory for the disc game BLES00932

S LDR: (S)ELF: boot done.


What does it means?

Means that either you deleted files after ripping the game, the game files are corrupted (disc scratches or loss of signal if ripping via FTP), or you placed your disc files in the wrong place.

I have put the game's file in the same place where i put the other, in a folder into the ps3 emu, and the other game works

"A folder" says nothing.
What path?

Then It's a bad rip. Rip your disc again, make sure it's not heavily scratched.
And don't delete files after ripping.
