Hi,

I installed the current RPCS3 version (rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-07-21-9b39314a) and I would like to import my save file from the game I played on an older version of RPCS3 (rpcs3-v0.0.2-2017-07-06-fd3083f0_win64).

What I tried:
1. installed the new RPCS3 version.
2. Installed the PS3 update file.
3. Installed the pkg of the game.
4. ran the game for first time (to set up resolution etc)
5. copied the game file the emulator creates (named after the serial of the game).

It didn't work Sad

Any ideas on what to do?

Thanks.

From the Quickstart guide:

To update RPCS3, all you need to do is drag and drop the executable file to the root directory of your RPCS3 installation. Moving over additional files and folders is not necessary and may overwrite your user settings. In some cases, the GUIconfigs folder may need to be recreated as new additions to the user interface may cause this file to load incorrectly.

Anyways, saves are located inside dev_hdd0/home/00000001/savedata
